  • Complimentary Beverages: Free coffee, tea, hot chocolate,

and hot water are available 24/7 by the Lounge on ground floor.

Laundry and Housekeeping: Laundry and cleaning supplies

are available at the Front Desk by request only.

Housekeeping service is only available upon request at the Front Desk.


For on-site parking, please check for dimension requirements below and

call (267) 856 - 5001 for availability. If full, please arrange your own parking.


Household Essentials for Short-term Guests

Certain household essentials are available upon request. These items are available on

a first-come-first-serve basis. Please contact Front Desk for availability.

  • Irons and Ironing boards
  • Knives and Cutting boards
  • Wine glasses 
  • Cooking pans and pots
  • Dish soap, laundry and dishwasher detergent


Safety Information

  • Emergency Exits: Two stair towers are located at both ends of the hallway.
  • In Case of Emergency: Dial 911 or contact the front desk.


Arrival/Departure

  • Standard check-in is 3:00 PM.
  • Standard check-out is 11:00 AM.


Please return keys at reception at check-out. For early check-in and late check-out requests, please contact the front desk for approval; restrictions and fees may apply.




PARKING GUIDELINES

Vehicle Dimensional Requirements 

Our automated parking system has specific dimensional requirements. It is the guest's responsibility to ensure their vehicles meet the following criteria:


  • Width: Max 84 inches or 7 feet
  • Length: Max 203 inches or 16 feet 11 inches
  • Under Car Clearance: Min 5 inches above ground
  • Weight: Max 6615 lbs. 
  • Height: Max 74 inches or 6 feet 2 inches


Vehicles not meeting these criteria cannot be accommodated. 

Parking Operations 

All parking is valet operated, covered, and secured. Guests are required to sign the Parking Liability Release Waiver before parking their vehicle at our property.

Guest Responsibilities 

Guests are responsible for ensuring their vehicle meets the specified dimensions before they arrive or book their parking accommodation. On-site parking cannot be guaranteed if the vehicle does not meet the requirements. Guests will be responsible for finding off-site parking.
