Welcome to 4211 Suites. By booking and staying at our property, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.
- Reservations and Payment: All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card, and full payment is required before check-in. We accept major credit cards. A $200 authorization on a credit card per room is required at check-in for access key activation. The balance of the full apartment rental amount is payable before arrival at check-in time. Please note that check-in cannot be completed until full payment and security deposit pre-authorization on a reservation and ID name-matching card for the room/apartment has been received and approved.
- Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Guests are required to complete both check-in and check-out at the front desk. Late check-outs are not guaranteed and must be approved in advance. Any stay beyond the designated check-out time will automatically incur a late checkout fee of $50 or, if the delay materially impacts operations or same-day occupancy, an additional night’s charge, at management’s discretion. Please note that a post-departure inspection of the room or apartment is conducted after check-out. We reserve the right to assess charges for damages, excessive cleaning, missing items, or policy violations identified before the unit is occupied by the next guest. A security authorization (deposit) is placed on the guest’s credit card at check-in. This authorization is not a charge and is held by your card-issuing bank, not by 4211 Suites. Once released, most banks remove the authorization within 3 business days; however, depending on the financial institution, this process may take up to 15–21 days. 4211 Suites has no control over bank processing times.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 48 hours prior to check-in will not incur any charges for a full refund. Cancellations/modifications made less than 48 hours before check-in or no-shows will be charged the full stay amount. Seasonal policies may apply. - Occupancy: The standard rate covers two guests per bedroom. Additional guests older than 13 years old are subject to extra charges.
- Identification: Valid government-issued identification is required at check-in, and guests must be at least 21 years old to book a room and check in.
- Parking: 4211 Suites features an automatic parking system for maximum efficiency and reserved for only our residents and guests. Due to limited spaces, please contact the front desk for availability at (267) 856 - 5001.
- House Rules: No pets and smoking are allowed inside the premises. Smoking on property incurs a restoration fee of $150, captured from the authorization. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- Damages and Liabilities: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay. Please be aware that amenities like bed linen and towels should be placed where they were originally found. The bed linen and towels are NOT gifts and should remain in the apartment. 4211 Suites is not liable for any loss or damage to guests' personal belongings. Items that are left behind will be held at the Lost and Found for 14 calendar days. 4211 Suites does not provide shipping or packaging services.
- Safety and Security: For your safety, please keep your room door locked at all times and report any suspicious activity to the front desk immediately.
- Amenities and Services: Guests have access to all amenities as specified in their booking, but use of amenities is at guests' own risk. 4211 Suites is not responsible for any injuries.
- Privacy Policy: We respect your privacy. Your personal information will be kept confidential and used only for reservation and billing purposes.
- Changes to Terms: 4211 Suites reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
